The Clinical Staff

Nikki is the sunshine of our office. She is an orthodontic assistant who joined the practice because she loves making smiles beautiful. She is a passionate Redskins fan who lives with her son Marshall, daughter Morgan, and handsome husband in Annapolis. She loves working with Dr. O’Reilly and the great staff.

Katie P. is going on her third year as an orthodontic assistant in our office. She is a dedicated worker who loves being part of such a fun and lively practice. Katie lives in Davidsonville where she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Tracey is an orthodontic assistant who has been in the dental field for twenty years. Her experience in both the clinical setting and lab is amazing. She lives on the Eastern Shore with her husband, Dr. Jim Pochron, a dentist who has a practice in Chester. She enjoys spending time with Jim and their two energetic dogs. Tracey is proud to be part of such a progressive, friendly and outstanding orthodontic practice.

Katie D., an orthodontic assistant who started with us when she was in high school, has truly grown up with this practice. She is a most capable and conscientious worker and enjoys all her interactions with the patients….both young and old! Katie now lives in Edgewater with her wonderful son Hayden. She is thrilled to work with her mother, Pam, our financial specialist.

Michelle joined Dr. O’Reilly as an orthodontic assistant several years ago, and is happy to have the honor of being the staff member who has been with Dr. O’Reilly the longest. She has been in the orthodontic field for 20 years, and is also one of our lab technicians. She has been excited to watch so many of our patients grow up during their treatment, and loves to see them when she is running around the Annapolis area with her two wonderful children , Jacob and Hannah, and her husband Mike. She lives in Edgewater.

Amy is a hardworking assistant who we are so fortunate to have come back to us every summer. She has been with our office since she was in high school and is now a student at Virginia Tech where she majors in biochemistry.
